La Maison Salee was an absolute gem that blew me away during our Easter getaway! The warmth of the place was like a hug—walking in to find a wood burner crackling away was a lovely touch, setting the tone for a cozy evening with my wife and daughter. We chose to indulge in a takeaway and make the most of our stunning room rather than venture out, and honestly, it was the best decision we made. The spacious double room was a perfect blend of comfort and style, complete with a private bathroom stocked with free toiletries, which is a huge plus when traveling with kids. Each morning, we were spoiled with a delicious continental breakfast, complemented by lovely chats with the friendly hosts, who made us feel at home despite the language barrier. We also took advantage of the free bicycles to explore the scenic trails nearby, hitting the perfect balance of adventure and relaxation. Knowing that places like La Maison Salee are leading the charge in eco-friendly tourism makes the experience even more meaningful.
